Services

The following are just a few of the main services I offer.  I have all my own equipment and am available to work with you at the beach, a neighborhood park, or even in the convenience of your own home.  Rates are kept low and reasonable, as it is my goal to keep fitness accessible to all!  For an exact quote, please contact me, as rates do vary based on mileage traveled.  I am also able to offer group and bulk discounts!

Whatever your goals may be, one-on-one training will get you there faster, while preventing injury that so often results from incorrect form, overtraining, poor programming, or improper progression.

 

At Starling SoCal Fitness, the exercise and nutrition plan you receive is completely unique and tailormade just for you.  I listen to your specific goals, training and injury history, eating habits, day-to-day activities, likes, dislikes, and so much more before I formulate a course of action.

 

Whether on the beach, in a local park, or in the comfort of your own home, individual personal training will provide you with the individualized attention and support you need to reach your goals and be your fittest self possible!

Are you looking for an energetic corporate teambuilding experience?  Or maybe a fun and active date idea?  They say, the couple that sweats together, stays together!  How about a unique bachelorette party?  What could be better than getting in shape as a group for the big day?

 

Working out with a partner, friends, or a group of coworkers is a great way to keep you motivated and save you money at the same time!  With each additional participant, the cost per person decreases, making group training a great way to go!

 

From boxing to bellydance to bootcamp, there's something for everyone.  I have experience leading successful and exciting classes in many different formats, so let me know what interests your group members and I will design a program that engages and motivates everyone to move!

Adventure Sessions

Are you interested in training for a marathon, but can't seem to run more than a mile?  Maybe you'd like to learn to swim, but you're too embarrassed to take group classes as an adult?  Whatever the case may be, I can help you reach your goals while having fun at the same time.

 

As well as individual or group personal training, I am also happy to offer coaching or adventure days in many activities such as: swimming, SUP, kayaking, cycling, triathlon, running, hiking, and more. 

Whether you're interested in setting up a corporate teambuilding day, learning to trail run, or refining your backstroke, get in touch and I will work with you to create a personalized program that will make getting fit so more fun than you'd think!

Remote Training

If you've stumbled across my site from another state or even another country, if you're not ready for a full-on face-to-face workout, if you'd like to keep training while you're out of town, or even if you'd just prefer to work out in your pjs- remote training could be a good option for you. 

 

I am available for skype or facetime consultations or workouts at your convenience.  And because I'm not spending time or money getting to our session, the rates are even more reasonable. 

 

You don't even need to a lot of fancy equipment to participate in a remote workout- just a mat or towel, a set of weights or a resistance band, a reliable internet connection, and a good attitude!

This is by no means an extensive list of all of the fitness activities and personal training services I offer.  If there's something you're interested into integrating into your training regimen that you don't see listed, do not hesitate to let me know.  If you happen to be interested in something I'm not qualified to teach, for instance surfing or skiing, I will gladly refer you to someone else with more expertise in that particular field.
